YamanHosting Terms of Use
1. Parties
This agreement is concluded between YamanHosting Information and Technology Services (hereinafter referred to as "YamanHosting") on the one hand and the user who receives YamanHosting services (hereinafter referred to as "User") on the other hand.
2. Scope of Services
YamanHosting offers various digital services such as web hosting, domain registration, server hosting, SSL certificates and other IT services. The user must accept this agreement to use or purchase one of the services offered by YamanHosting.
3. Use of the Service and Responsibilities
- The user must use the services offered by YamanHosting only for lawful purposes.
- The user must not misuse YamanHosting's services, harm others or hinder the functionality of the service.
- The user is obliged to comply with the rules and policies determined by YamanHosting.
- The user cannot provide access to others by sharing or renting their services.
4. Pricing and Payments
- The User agrees to pay the fees determined for the services provided by YamanHosting.
- Payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms and processes determined by YamanHosting.
5. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
- If the user is not satisfied with the services, he/she may cancel the service or request a refund in accordance with the cancellation and refund conditions determined by YamanHosting.
6. Privacy Policy
- The user is deemed to have read and accepted YamanHosting's privacy policy. YamanHosting's privacy policy provides information on how users' personal data is processed and protected.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction over disputes that may arise from this contract.
- When a dispute arises, the parties will first seek a solution through mutual agreement and conciliation.
8. Changes and Updates
- YamanHosting reserves the right to update this agreement from time to time. The updated agreement will come into force upon publication on YamanHosting's website.
This contract regulates the agreement between the parties and the use of the services offered by YamanHosting. The parties declare that they have read, understood and accepted this contract.
