DEFINITIONS

In this disclosure text;

• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,
• Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”): Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which was published in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016 and entered into force.

• Data Processor: The natural or legal person who processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller based on the authority granted to him,
• Data Controller: The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.

DATA CONTROLLER

In accordance with the KVKK, your personal data that you share as an addressee, member, donor, scholarship holder, intern, supplier, visitor, grant recipient, award recipient, supported, difference maker, competitor, program partner and employee will be evaluated within the specified scope by the YamanHosting legal entity determined as the data controller.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the KVKK, your personal data;

• In accordance with the law and the rules of honesty,
• Accurate and up-to-date when necessary,
• For specific, clear and legitimate purposes,
• Related, limited and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed,
• Retention for the period required by the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed.

It will be processed in connection with the activities of YamanHosting listed below in accordance with its rules.

Activities of YamanHosting;

• Providing Cloud and Physical Server and Server hosting services
• To provide and execute software and program services.

Personal data processed within this scope will be stored for 5 years in accordance with the relevant legislation and will be destroyed within 90 days following the expiration of 5 years, unless one of the parties files a lawsuit within this 5-year period.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to third parties deemed necessary within the framework of the conditions and purposes of processing Personal Data (program partners, collaborating institutions, suppliers, donors, managers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, legally authorized private law persons) in order to continue YamanHosting's activities, within the scope of the purposes listed above.

METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON

Your personal data will be processed by YamanHosting;

• Website registration and application forms
• Website contact forms
• Website E-Newsletter registration forms
• Website Support forms

In order for YamanHosting to continue its activities, through such channels and based on different legal reasons, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the KVKK, personal data may be collected, processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Disclosure Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone can apply to the data controller and obtain information about themselves;

1. To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
2. To request information regarding the processing of personal data,
3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
5. To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
6. Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
7. To request that the operations carried out in accordance with clauses (5) and (6) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
8. To object to a result that is to the detriment of the person himself/herself, as a result of the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
9. In case of any damage caused by the unlawful processing of personal data, the person has the right to demand compensation for the damage.

If you apply to YamanHosting via the support system regarding your rights listed in the 9 articles above, you will receive a response within 15 (FIFTEEN) business days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request.
