Service and Usage Agreement

Terms and information relating to our services.

YamanHosting Usage Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is entered into between YamanHosting Bilişim ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri, hereinafter referred to as “YamanHosting,” and the user receiving YamanHosting services, hereinafter referred to as the “User.”

2. Scope of Services

YamanHosting provides various digital services, including web hosting, domain registration, server hosting, SSL certificates, and other IT services. The User must accept this agreement to use or purchase any service offered by YamanHosting.

3. Service Use and Responsibilities

  • The User must use the services provided by YamanHosting solely for lawful purposes.
  • The User must not misuse YamanHosting services, harm others, or interfere with the service's operation.
  • The User is obliged to comply with the rules and policies established by YamanHosting.
  • The User may not provide others with access by sharing or renting out their services.
  • The User understands and agrees that YamanHosting may access their services and read or view data within them for inspection purposes.
  • User data viewed by YamanHosting is not shared with anyone. However, if content contrary to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye is found, services will be permanently suspended without refund. The unlawful content will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Charges and Payments

  • The User agrees to pay the charges set for the services offered by YamanHosting.
  • Payments must be made in accordance with YamanHosting's payment terms and procedures.

5. Cancellation and Refund Terms

  • If dissatisfied with the services, the User may cancel the service or request a refund in accordance with YamanHosting's cancellation and refund terms.

6. Privacy Policy

  • The User is deemed to have read and accepted YamanHosting's privacy policy. The policy explains how users' personal data is processed and protected.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • The Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
  • In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek a resolution through mutual agreement and reconciliation.

8. Changes and Updates

  • YamanHosting reserves the right to update this agreement from time to time. The updated agreement takes effect when published on YamanHosting's website.

This agreement governs the arrangement between the parties and the use of YamanHosting's services. The parties declare that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.
