1.) Orders and Service Delivery
After your order passes the fraud check and your payment is received, your account will be set up and your information will be sent to you. In payments made with credit card and PayPal, domain name, web hosting and reseller hosting accounts are set up automatically, but in case of a possible problem, the setup process can take up to 48 hours. In payments made by sending money to our bank and postal check accounts by money order or EFT, the setup period is determined as a maximum of 2 business days. For VDS and rented server services, the setup period is 48 hours unless otherwise stated. The delivery period for software and license services is a maximum of 1 week unless otherwise stated in writing/verbally. If delivery is not made within the specified time, YamanHosting is obliged to refund your fee if you request it.

It is your responsibility to provide an e-mail address that you actively use and that is problem-free during the order. In case of any irregular behavior or in cases where we need to reach you, the e-mail address you provide will be used. It is your responsibility to constantly keep your e-mail address up to date and check it, all e-mails sent to you are considered to have reached you. YamanHosting has no legal or criminal liability for any damages and losses that may occur if e-mails sent to you do not reach or are not read by you.

All information in the form you fill out during ordering or registering on our site must be accurate and complete. YamanHosting has the right not to refund or to partially refund orders that are canceled due to incorrect information. YamanHosting may request a credit card copy/scanned photo or ID copy/scanned photo for security purposes when deemed necessary. If you do not provide these, your order may be canceled and treated as fraudulent or the service/services you receive may be stopped. YamanHosting has the right not to refund or to partially refund accounts that are suspended due to fraud.

2.) Payment
As long as you receive service from YamanHosting, you agree to pay YamanHosting for the service you receive. As long as you do not cancel the service you receive, the service will continue to be renewed and an invoice will be created for the service you will receive. If you do not want to continue receiving service, you must indicate that you want to cancel at least 15 days in advance, so that your service will be canceled at the end of the day or after the period you have paid for, according to your request.

Service cancellation must be done from your customer panel. The cancellation page provides the necessary options to cancel the service immediately or when it expires.

YamanHosting has the right to collect the fee through legal means for accounts that are not paid unless cancelled 15 days in advance.

As long as you receive service from YamanHosting, you are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is up to date and paying your invoices on time. If the invoice is not paid on time, YamanHosting will give an additional 6 days for the payment of the invoice for web hosting and reseller hosting accounts, and your service will be suspended at the end of this period. The service you receive will be terminated 30 days after the last payment date. For domain name, VDS and rented server services, if payment is not made on the last payment date, your accounts will be terminated immediately. YamanHosting cannot be held responsible in any way for any material/moral damages and data losses that may arise in this regard.

Overpayments made by mistake and/or on purpose will be added to your account as credit and will not be refunded for any reason. You can use this added credit for future services you will receive from YamanHosting.

YamanHosting reserves the right to change the prices of products at any time without notice.

YamanHosting will charge you for the resources used if the disk space, traffic and similar resources you purchased are used more than the purchased amount. In such a case, you are responsible for paying the required fee within the requested period without objection. If not paid, your account will be terminated without a refund and YamanHosting will not be responsible for any material/moral damages and data losses that may occur in this regard.

In cases where a payment is withdrawn using payment channels without the knowledge and/or permission of YamanHosting (dispute, chargeback etc.), it is your responsibility to cover all material and moral damages incurred to YamanHosting.

3.) Service Cancellation and Refund
YamanHosting reserves the right to terminate any service at any time, with or without notice, without a refund or a partial refund, and without giving a reason.

Insulting/displaying rude behavior towards any of our employees will result in the suspension/termination of your account/service(s). In such a case, your membership will be terminated without any refund and the contract will be terminated.

If you receive service from YamanHosting, you undertake to avoid any kind of comments, behaviors, advertisements, posters, writings, words, etc. that may damage the commercial reputation of YamanHosting or its employees. In case of any contrary behavior, you accept that you are under a material and moral compensation obligation and that Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over all lawsuits to be filed in this case.

Sites that are attacked and cause indirect or direct damage to our servers and/or slowdowns/interruptions may be terminated without notice and without refund. In such cases, YamanHosting may request that you cover the damages incurred. In such a case, you are responsible for paying the required fee within the requested period without objection.

For services that have been paid for, if the service is canceled before the service period ends (due to usage contrary to the service agreement, user request, etc.), the full service fee or the fee for the unused period will not be refunded. You can use the credit in your account for services that you can receive from us, but no refund will be made or credit will be added to your account for services that will be terminated early.
